These terms and conditions apply when you use the gh333 platform — please read the entire document carefully before opening an account.
General Overview and Acceptance
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the gh333 platform and all related services. When you create an account at gh333, log in, or use this platform in any way, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.
These Terms apply to adult users in Bangladesh. Only persons aged 21 or above may use the gh333 platform. Minors or underage individuals may not open an account or play on this platform.
Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account at gh333, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must provide accurate and complete personal information.
- Only one account may be opened per person.
- You must play under your own name and with your own funds.
- Operating an account on behalf of another person or using a third party's funds is not permitted.
2.2 Identity Verification
gh333 reserves the right to verify the identity of an account holder at any time. For this purpose, a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents may be requested. If identity verification is not completed, the account may be temporarily suspended.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account or transferring your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact the support team immediately.
Deposit and Withdrawal Terms
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are currently accepted on the gh333 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for all methods)
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
- Standard withdrawal time: 5–30 minutes
3.3 Transaction Verification
All deposit and withdrawal requests are verified under gh333's security and compliance process. Unusual or suspicious transactions may require additional verification, during which processing may be temporarily delayed.
3.4 Refundability
Funds once deposited are generally non-refundable, unless a duplicate transaction has occurred due to a technical error. Any such claim must be submitted in writing to the support team.
Bonus and Wagering Requirements
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳12,000 earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times — this applies to the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in wagers must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
Misuse of bonus funds, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or attempting to fulfil wagering requirements by artificial means will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be suspended.
4.4 General Promotion Terms
- Each promotion may have its own specific terms.
- Once a bonus has been credited to an account, it cannot be withdrawn.
- gh333 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without giving a reason.
- A promotion applies only once per household/address/IP address.
Gaming Rules and Restrictions
5.1 Game Results
Fair play is ensured across all games on the gh333 platform. If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the relevant stake amount will be returned to the account. In the event of a software display error, the corrected payout as per the server-side calculation will apply.
5.2 Cheating Prohibited
Any form of cheating, software hacking, use of bots, collusion, or exploiting platform vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.
5.3 Sports Betting
Before placing bets in the sports betting section, please read the specific rules for the relevant event. If a match is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
VIP Program and Cashback
gh333's VIP program has five tiers, each offering weekly cashback:
- Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback
You can advance to higher tiers through regular active participation. VIP cashback may have its own wagering requirements. gh333 reserves the right to modify the VIP program structure at any time.
Prohibited Activities and Behaviour
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure if detected:
- Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
- Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors.
- Coordinated cheating (collusion) with other users.
- Opening or operating an account with false information.
- Harassing platform staff or other users.

10.2 Closure by the User
Any user may voluntarily close their account. In this case, any eligible balance will be verified and may then be withdrawn.
Limitation of Liability
gh333 makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service. However, gh333 will not be held liable in the following situations:
- Temporary service outages caused by technical issues or server failures.
- Delays or failures on the part of third-party payment providers.
- Force majeure events such as natural disasters or service suspension due to government orders.
- Losses caused by the user's own negligence or carelessness.
gh333 is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
